So I was trying to figure out if this was serious or not around the middle, when things just started to get weirder and I forgot to read what genre this was. I have concluded 'no'. That being said, I like the dark humor this has. The fact that it really is kind of sad and angst-like just makes it funnier in my opinion. And perhaps if you were being serious, it's even funnier. It is really hard to think of what to say... I did like it, and your writing is good... Oh yeah, and Jill? What made you pick Jill of all people to triumph? It just seems so random, but interesting. Jill is really bad in my game.

That was pretty much what ran through my head the entire time I read this. And this made me laugh, "“Goddesses, why have you forsaken me? Am I not fit to be your bishop? Hath I failed thee? Why did you let me lose against Fiona, of all people?” Laura moaned.

“It’s ok… I’m getting you to Rhys. You’ll be fine.” Aran cooed."

It perfectly represents the INSANITY of this oneshot! And yes, it WAS funny! Not because they were killing each other, but because the whole scenario was completely ridiculous! Izuka slips some love potion into their food, so all the girls fight over Soren, the guys either get killed by the girls or Ashera, and Soren and Jill become heroes of sorts in Tellian history? This is not a good fic to read late at night, it makes it even MORE crazy. Wow. All in all, it was hilarious, if for no other reason than it had me staring at my computer trying to decide whether this was serious or not. Very nice, thanks for posting.

Umm... well, I can't say I don't think it's good... I think it's in the wrong category, because to me this seems more like Angst, oddly enough.

O_O Maybe it's subtle humor, but to me, girls going after a man because of a potion, hacking themselves to bits and the guys having nearly no chance at all of survival doesn't seem like a good humor story... Sorry. ^n^"

=D It needs the more randomness; like their weapons being taken away and them having to fight with produce, then some trying to ballet-dance in tutu's in the center, one getting hit on their fanny with a tomato.

But, if it was dark humor I guess it was good.

Otherwise, it was pretty good.

Wow, poor Soren. At least it made for a humorous story no matter how annoyed he was. And now he's stuck with...Jill. Interesting choice, by the way. I never would have expected it, but oh well.
