Well, I do have one suggestion: maybe you could've written a few sentences about Cloud's obstinance in their unique relationship--how much he really wanted to get that love fruit so he could allow Leon to partake in their 'vows'.
Perhaps describing the dire scene would've made it more dramatic; however, it is not in my say to urge you.

woot good start to a story, I really like it. To bad Cloud doesn't remember what happened in the hospital, and Leon won't tell him. I think it would make a great story so yeah if you continue cool if not it was a good one shot too.
