that was deep?

You know, this is the only story ever writtenn in present tense that I've been able to stand reading? And not just stand but enjoy? I feel like I'm breaking ground, but honestly it's just because this was masterfully written. Hearts to you! <3

Okay. So there were a couple times when I sighed because I got all of three to eight sentences before we were broken up again (THen, Another Then, Now, Time, After, Some Point in Time, An Unimportant Day, and so on), but I could understand the necessity for the break-ups. How about I just say it? There were very minor things that you may or may not wish to fix, but that doesn't change the fact that I practically fell over myself with glee just realizing I'd found this piece.

I'd been kind of scared by the summary - rape and obvious references as to who raped who. All I could think was, "how OOC would Doumeki have to be?" But for some reason I felt that I should give it a shot - I actually think it was the Hurt/Comfort part down at the bottom, but my whimsical side wants to say I just KNEW, somehow, what awesomeness could lie ahead. ^_^ So I took the leap. Yippee!

So since I've been rambling, I'll just stop and say again that I adored the Fic (*looks up* obviously) and have most certainly put it in my favorites list (*looks down* yup, I clicked it, all right) and also note that I am thrilled and supremely thankful that you wrote this and posted it. I heart you always.

I enjoyed your story, most of the time I find that fanfics like this one lack feeling and most the time they are poorly organized. I do have to say that for a moment there I didn’t know what events had already happened and which ones were happening. I did figure it out so that was good. I also like how you stuck to their characters so well, some writer get a little out of character when writing a fan fic like this. Anyways I just wanted to let you know that I really liked it and I hope you keep writing.

This was a bittersweet tug at my heart. The poor fate-bitten dears. This was very well done and had a flow that fit the mood perfectly.

It was painful, and horrible, and beautiful, and perfect... this is a possibility I had once contemplated but never had the guts to explore, but you've done it, and masterfully so...

For such a thing to happen to them would destroy them, and it would take a lot to put them back together again. Perhaps it was Doumeki who was hurt the most, and perhaps Watanuki already knows this.
