I agree, the ep did end on a remarkably 'shippy' note, then again that follows an established pattern this season where we see Brennan becoming more open minded to Booth's view of things like making love versus casual sex, monogamy versus multiple partners, living in the moment versus planning for the future, children, etc., what is striking about this episode was the fact that she didn't just open herself up to the possibility, she basically ceded the point and declared that she wants to fall be/fall in love. I think your story really captures that, and I loved the description of the carnage that was Booth's apartment. Yeah, I've had mornings like that before. Anyway, well done.
