I really love this story? Great Job!

I think you could have motivated Kathryn's upset more - without knowing what caused it (and it's not just Chakotay and Seven's relationship; after all, the admiral version of her survived that), it's hard to believe she'd act like that. However, I do like the way that Chakotay handles it.
