Aww... this was a great sequel! Even though it was sad at first, but I love the ending! :-D

Donna, wow, didn't put this down until I got finished with it - great story, but I gotta say it was kinda "dark" - don't like to think about our boys killing anyone- even though I know they did it with the best of intentions.
LD got what he deserved though for sure. (grin)
Had to get a hankie out for that last part - glad they lived a long life together, and died within a few days of each other, but it sure was sad.

Well, sure enjoyed the continuation of "What Might Have Been". Ennis' radar worked that night, and the following day. Nice take on the sometimes usual plot that Ennis is just paranoid, and Jack knows people just don't care. Guess Jack will remember now, that "you're not paranoid if they really are after you"!! [** Lureen, too??!!] Rough and violent at times, which is so Ennis, but liked how you had it play out... especially the 37 years after that, that they had together, with the respect of their children and grandchildren and neighbors. "Living well is the best revenge." They lived well.

Oh wow this was TOO good! It took me a bit to figure out which story it was a continuation to, or if it even was a continuation to a story...man alive...good writing!

The end tore me up, but it was perfect. Definitely a legacy of love here. Thanks.
