This was a funny and insightful, story. I haven't been here for awhile and was happy to see new ones. When I read 'tied to a chair', I laughed out loud. From there I knew it would only get better and I was not dissapointed.

Your Gorgeous Carat stories are always a treat and this one is absolutely delightful. Poor slightly befuddled Florian, he does manage to get himself into the oddest situations. Thankfully Ray is always there to help. I must admit I'm curious - did Noir help himself to a few of the lady's jewels as compensation for her having borrowed his Amethyst?
