Wow that is very moving, poor Bruce. I really love all the flashback scenes.

I like how you rewrote Steph's attitude, she starting to act like her old self. The only thing i would have to argue about is that Tim and Steph new about each others secret identities, they even tried to date behind Bruce's back. The only episode it actually revealed which Robin it was was "Fractured." In that episode, Robin's 'mini-self,' from an alternate dimention, dubbed Larry by Beast Boy, was named nosyarG KciD which is Dick Grayson backwards.

Nice story. love the use of the back and forth between the past and the future. Teen Titans has a bit of screwy connections to other DC cartoons, and it does not particularly strive to maintain its own version of the DC continuity, so I figure it is best not to dwell on it. in any case, the story to date is well written, and I look forward to seeing more.

cool. update. though it fits well for your story, i have to tell you that you have the wrong robin. tim wasn't robin yet during the beginning of the TT or the JLA. Dick was. dick was the founding robin until he became nightwing. though the comic version and the TV version(s) vary A LOT. one things for sure, is that the Teen Titans original leader was Dick. the JLA and the TT take place at different times. why? big clue. 1) nightwing. one ep. shows that that robin will call himself nightwing in the future and everyone knows nightwing is dick. 2) kid flash. now many thinks it's Bart Allen but if the TT cartoon is based any real thing from the comic, then that kid is Wally West. wally in the comic, is one of the founding members and holds fort in titans east. he then joins helps found the JLA when his older. 3)Nighty does vaguely make a appearance in JLU when some of the members go to his city. if this where to keep in time line of batman (one of the shows. i think the best would be The new adventures of Batman, cause 'The Batman' begins the tales of dick as robin and TNAB shows and end) then Tim has just stepped in the role.

I think that Tim's wife needs to realize that Tim can handle things himself. And if she thinks that Sarah is going to follow along in the same path, she is mistaken. She is a reporter, a news hound, not a super hero.

As for the person she met, I suspect it was Bruce! No one else has a dog that does that!

So far its a good story, its got me interested, but there are a couple of details that don't really fit.

1) The Robin that worked with with Cyborg, Raven, Starfire, and Beastboy was Dick Grayson the First Robin not Tim Drake. If you saw the episode where Slade was attacking Robins mind and Raven had to go there to see what he was seeing you would have seen the memory of his parents death

2) His wife Stephanie, in the comics she was also a vigilante called "The Spoiler" and she also worked with Batman and the gang. You have her acting as if she had nothing at all to do with it

That's all the problems i saw, but the grammar is good and i thought the story was pretty interesting. Please continue

And so, one chapter ends and life goes on. Tim died in a sense that day. He eventually did get his mind back, but never went back to being a superhero. Now, with his past coming back to haunt him, via his son, its time to put that old knowledge to use and do what he can to save his son from making the same mistakes that he made.

I think I now know WHY Tim is taking such a tough stand with Tom. He REMEBERS what happened to him under the original Joker and he does NOT want anything like that to happen to his son.

A very nice start. I like the fact that Bruce is still keeping track of his old protegees. But the fact that Tim's own son is a Jokerz has GOT to be a shock!
