Meneldur 2009-07-23 . chapter 11First of all, sorry I took so long to review, but I've been busy. Anyway, to the review:
The thing with Hotaru is disturbing. It's both good and bad. We must wonder what fatal thing will happen in the future, even as we must celebrate the fact that now it isn't fatal.
The Old Senshi tried to help, but are prevented. If Deidra has this much power, how come she doesn't win from the beginning?
The fighting gets fiercer, with stronger powers and larger stakes. Skylar is really using her brain. The Tornado idea was great. But will it help them?
Keira's rescued by the twins. They must be quite powerful, then.
The battle continues. Will Deidra fianlly understand that this doesn't need to happen? She seems to realize this more and more each chapter.
Haruka nad Michiru finally decide to commit. I was surprised they weren't already married, actually. I hope they're happy, and they'll have a quiet wedding, without getting attacked. Haruka seemed to overreact a bit, but then again, Michiru is her love, who she shows her emotions to. It makes some sense.
That's all for now I guess. Great chapter, and keep it up. Until the next chapter, then |
petiyaka 2009-07-22 . chapter 11I knew from the beginning that Hikaru's father was a bad man but beating her own children, it's digusting. Great job! |
Paige 2009-07-07 . chapter 10 Wonderful chapter! There is actually a little bit of closure in this, but you can tell that there is much more to happen. I love the way everything is developing and AWESOME battle scene!
Write more! |
 Meneldur 2009-07-02 . chapter 10A good chapter.
So we understand what Haruka is thinking, ans what she's doing about Setsuna. That's good to know. We also learn why the Senshi can't transform.
Th battle - it was amazing. I loved your twist. Traditionally, it was Uranus and Neptune turning on the others, like what happened with Galaxia. Here it was a no-holds-barred Outer fight - Uranus Vs Neptune and Uranus Vs Pluto. It was amazing, and very emotional.
Skylar also helps, and seems to be getting better the entire time. I liked the part where thye make her join them, cheering her up.
Hikaru gets her transformation. That's always good. SO does Maru. As I said, this fight scene was the place for them to get it, as it was typical of the loner-do-anything attitude of the Outer Senshi.
Oh, by the way, I think you mean 'World Shaking', not 'Shaky'.
The reference to Aito was nice, and tragic. It shows us what Hikaru's really been through. And you ask the question about Setsuna, so we don't need to, because we know you'll give us an answer.
An excellent chapter, as I said. Until the next one. |
 petiyaka 2009-07-02 . chapter 10Great job! |
Meneldur 2009-06-28 . chapter 9A good, if somewhat confusing chapter. We begin with Minako. She seems fine. It may have been an act, but then again, Minako was always the jolly optimist of the Senshi, and she probably also is the only one to truly believe her daughter can handle stuff alone. She probably acknowledges the famous saying: "We raise our children to leave us. Our children are given to us for only a short time. During that time, we must teach them to live on their own, because we won't always be around."
I completely did not understand the Haruka-Setsuna-Michiru part. It seems as if they've suddenly made-up, for no clear reason. They seem to have argued about Isao, and so Setsuna convinces them by mentioning Hotaru?
Still Setsuna tells Michiru and Haruka why she was attacked, and the story behind Isao and Maru. That's good. It shows signs of trust.
The entire story Setsuna told was quite intriguing, as well as shocking. I still don't understand why she couldn't have transformed. But whatever. She was let free at the end, and seems better.
The Children come back. They argue a bit, and they're right - it's thier duty to return Keira, as she's part of their team, and not the Older Senshi's. Obviously, I don't blame the kparents for not wanting to let them go, but they make the right decision at the end. So the kids return, but they won't be so sad, and their parents will be a bit more sure. Usagi will be happier with Chibiusa back, and the respective mothers of the Amazons.
So, what is wrong with Hotaru? It's obviously not the usual sickness. Perhaps it has something to do with Kaemon?
Until the next chapter or message, then. |
 petiyaka 2009-06-28 . chapter 9great job! |
Meneldur 2009-06-23 . chapter 8Sorry for the delay. Didn't have access to until now.
We learn a bit of AMi and Ryo's history. It's always good to have some backround info. It's also good, because it strengthenes the ties between the Sailor and Knight Senshi.
We finally see Keira. SHe's still a captive. We see Hana meet Skylar, Pallas and Vesta. They do the wise thing, and decide they need the others to get Keira. Sucks to her. Still, that's the life of a Sailor Senshi.
Skylar is still erratic. What is wrong with her attitude? Even Hana knows better by now.
Hana is still worried by the idea of killing someone. Will this develop somehow?
The Evil Woman decides the wait to get Hana is through Hikaru. Probably true. We'll see what comes of it.
So, what caused the temporary change in Helena? And how will this benefit the Chibi Scouts?
Serenity, AMi and Rei have a crying session. It's good to let go of your emotions, but in this case, it doesn't really help.
Haruk has some problems with Morgan. What will this come to?
Also, we learn that Haruka blames herself for Daichi's death. Not exactly certain why, but it sounds foolish. And whta does it have to do with anything?
Mina wasn't the only one who didn't appear. Suna was missing as well. Still, I'm sure you'll get to them in good time. Until the next chapter, then. |
 Paige 2009-06-12 . chapter 7 Ugh, hurry up and update! ;p |
petiyaka 2009-06-07 . chapter 7Quite brutal, but great job! Maybe such a trial explicit the personnality of the parents. Helena is frightening. |
Meneldur 2009-06-06 . chapter 7First of all, regardin the Amazon Quartet, this is the best source I ever found: http://en./wiki/Amazon_Quartet#Amazoness_Quartet
To continue with the review:
So, we pen with some marital unharmony. Rei has a hard time thinking about Michiru, causing Atushi to be somewhat annoyed, it seems. But it's only a minor problem, and actually tells us what Rei thinks of what Michiru told her.
Ami and Ryo also have problems, mainly becuase of Ryo. This also, though, seems to be rather minor, a problem that will be solved with the return of the children
Of more interest are SEtsuna's and Isao's problems. What will they do, I wonder? We learn more of Isao's past and powers, but not who and why. Still, every tithe is a gain.
Hana has some profound thoughts. But I don't understand why the Queen of Darkness suddenly left her. And what will she do now?
The CHibi Sailors and Amazons are split up. It's a mess. Wonder how they'll solve it.
Skylar grows wierder. She wants to find Hana, but she doesn't like any of the Outers. What's wrong with her?
Ginny gets her power. That's good, I guess. What will she do with them?
The Old Senshi don't understand what happened, but Helena is impressed. THat in itslef is impressive.
The part with Serenity was somewhat scary, but okay. The part with Rei and AMi later was hilarious, though. What were they expecting? Bondage and sex toys? (maybe with Haruka nad Michiru...)
If we got there, I note we haven't seen the Outers at all in this chapter. Still, we've seen thema lot, and a break can't hurt. The main problem is that they have the largest problems, so must be concentrated on more. Not that I have any problem with that. So what will happen next? Only time and a new chapter can tell. Until then, good luck. |
James Birdsong 2009-06-06 . chapter 7 Four through seven are good too |
Meneldur 2009-05-26 . chapter 6So. Rei discovers the truth about Michiru by accident. She's also quite cool. I loved the fact that she ordered the guards to arrest Aito. Aito's wife is such a tool. I wonder if this his Knight Senshi power - fooling everyone into believing he's a good person.
How did Kaimu find Aito? I can see him going back home, but does he know where Aito lives? If not, how did Aito find him?
Michiru and Haruka tell Rei the whole truth. So Ami knows something of their past and aguement with Setsuna, Rei knows all their past, and Serenity doesn't know anything. Aren't they going to have a meeting, discuss this? At least the past of Haruka and Michiru, which would explain alot? It would be nice to see their reactions. I liked Rei's thought: 'how much pain one person could take on?'
Kaimu crisis averted, and rather easily. Then again, how old is he? Seven? So it shouldn't have been much of a problem.
We find out a bit about the future. I wonder who's this woman. The fact that Hana killed her daughter is interesting. It seems she tried to convince the daughter not to fight as well. Seems like that didn't work out.
Still, Hana is probably overmatched. Will she have help? Or will she find inner strength?
The Past Senshi have their own conflicts. Chiyemi and Naomi get punished. Mirai disappears before they can punish her. I don't understand her cryptic remark to Helena: 'I know you were expecting something worse to come of me, but trust me the worst will be on you.'
'Expecting something worse to come of me?' - Helena expected Mirai to do worse? Or do you mean 'to', not 'of', meaning Helenba expected Mirai to be punished even more severely?
In any case, it seems this means Helena will have a problem. Too bad. She's actually okay, if you ignore her zealousness and fantacism.
The Asteroid Senshi and Chibiusa join them. They apparently talk a bit. Nothing much happens. But you've promised to answer questions in the next chapter, so I'm not worried. Until then! |
petiyaka 2009-05-25 . chapter 6the return of the evil man? I didn't miss him...Great job, but the situation seems so grim for young heroes... |
