Personally, I'd prefer if you focused on teh second option (Konoha invasion) but it's really up to you. Chose whatever's easiest for you.

I say yes continue as this is a great story and very ingenious. And your right the Konoha part is going to be a pain, but there is quite a bit that needs to be reached before you reach that part, such as the earning of their names for instance.

So I say take your time in reaching that point as you have to set the ground work to reach said point.

It's really original, good characterization, fun plot, and it's just really, really enjoyable to read. I adore Naruto's personality, it's somehow really refreshing.

Okay, and I also say yes to another additional mission before the chuunin exams. Having them so early would kind of break up the flow of the story, I think. Also, the way you've done the Naruto and Gaara interactions just make me giggle. Thank you so much for this story!

This is a wonderful story. Naruto growing up in Suna has been done before and mostly atrociously badly. No village is going to give a jinchuuriki away just because, never mind how nice Sandaime might have wanted to be to Naruto, and Danzo would have staged a coup at the thought of loosing such a weapon to another village anyway. You made this outcome believable.

Of course this raises questions about the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki, namely that who s/he is? Are they like Naruto or did Konoha's resentment turn them out more like Gaara? What might that mean for the Chuunin Exam Siege?

And talking about Gaara, have you considered using his POW? I bet that Naruto confuses him like no one ever before. I also keep having this image in my mind about Haku almost killing Naruto in this version of the Wave mission and Gaara completely loosing it until Naruto miraculously emerges alive. This might drive some revelation into Gaara's head, especially if Haku had at first had the "precious person debate" with him.

But this is your story. And whatever you write I'm sure I will like. As I said, a great story.

Please continue the story. I want to see Gaara warm up and this is one of the best storys where there is a chance of that. Your story is put together very well, Please keep working on it.

I do think that you should continue the stroy because it is interesting, that and I would like to see how it would turn out when Naruto goes and either goes to konoha or meets the shinobi from their. ^-^ Fun stuff, especially with Naruo getting under Garra's sand and it almost seems to me as if Garra is protecting Naruto which is very cute. ^-^

hiya - I'm not all that good at leaving reviews, but I just thought I'd say I really enjoyed this fic, and it would be awesome if you continued it some time. I really like how Naruto just takes Gaara in his stride - I mean, I am all in favour of people being nice to Gaara, gods know he needs it, but at the same time it's hilarious how totally lacking in common sense Naruto is ^_^.

I'm all for a YES on continuing this!!
Have the team do some missions first and bond.
The original Naruto moved too fast into the Chuunin exams and There really was hardly any time for the team to really know each other in my opinion. HOw could you expect Sasuke to stick around? A good bond builds over time and I want to see how the Gaara-Naruto and Kankuro-Naruto dynamics evolve.
Wierdly, I keep thinking of Naruto as a "pretty" person. It might be because when I was going through my more formulative years, Blue-eyed blondes were thought to be beautiful...?
It'd be interesting for Naruto to go to River Country and see Naruto meet up with people he met before.
