I hope you're still planning to continue this, as it's really interesting. I'd love to find out what's really happening, and why.

I do have one suggestion, though, which is that you look at the POV (point of view) in the first chapter of this story. At one point, Buffy is remembering something, but within that memory you tell us things that Spike is thinking and feeling ... things that Buffy wouldn't know.

Still, a great start to a story!
