Ashley! Ashley! THIS CHAPTER GIVES ME ALL THE GOOD FEELINGS? Do you know why? COMMUNICATION! It's exactly what I wanted. I'm not even going to lie. I was flailing about all over the place.

So let's get to some specifics, shall we? (Oh boy haven't done this for a while. I apologize right now for the review of dubious quality. Please keep in mind I haven't gotten 8 hours of sleep in god knows how long and all the other stuff I've already complained to you about).

Let me start off by saying thank you for the mental image of Liam in a suit. I'm sure it's happened before in the story, but something about the fact in this chapter made me really fangirly and happy. I bet Liam looks freaking fantastic in a suit. I wish he was a real person so I could at least have some pictures. Alas, it is not to be. I'll have to be content with my imagination.
The first scene, as is the trend lately, makes me love Olivia more. I ADORE THIS CHARACTER! WHY DID I EVER THINK SHE WAS ANNOYING? She is so much better as Conner's wife than she was as Liam's stalker. I love her so mu-uh-uh-uch. I love how she and Liam have this teasing relationship. It reminds me so much of the Pritchard brothers and the way they treat Liam (except without the assholery of Conner. But that's a review for another time). And I love how she's totally a Lianor endgame shipper.

SPEAKING OF ENDGAME! OH HOLY JESUS! THIS CHAPTER! THERE WASN'T EVEN ANYTHING ACTUALLY MONUMENTAL! BUT HOLY GOD LIANOR! EVERYTHING IS LIANOR AND NOTHING HURTS!

So I'm going to come back to that previous paragraph and expand a bit more, but first: Mrs. B. God I hate her in such a good way. I know that she's looking out for her only child left. But Christ, woman, your daughter is legally an adult! She can make her own decisions! And you can give advice (when asked) but you cannot make her decisions for her. Her constant butting into Eleanor's life drives me nuts. Mostly because my mother is like the opposite of her. And thank god she is, because it's allowed me to grow to be independent. But I think that it's because of the treatment of Mrs. B (and to an extent Mr. B) that I still sometimes think of Eleanor as a child.
But she wasn't a child at all in this chapter! Kudos to her for finally ripping into her mother! And then the moment that made me have feelings and fangirl all over the place. I don't think normal people are this invested in your fictional characters. Especially when nothing monumental happens. But! THEY TALKED LIKE ADULTS! ABOUT THEIR RELATIONSHIP! AND NOTHING WENT WRONG! AND EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL NOW!

It's just such a stark contrast to that chapter, before they finished Hogwarts when Eleanor was all 'We're having sex on this day.' and Liam was all 'Um what? Okay.' and then it was a huge disaster (surprise). Anyways, they actually sat down and talked about their relationship and their future, and one day (I can only hope that your authorly evilness does not interfere), Eleanor will be Mrs. Pritchard!

And I'm glad that they both think they're too young, because they really are. Especially because neither of them is good at communication about things relationshipy. I was thinking about how different their relationship is to Conner's and Olivia's. Olivia is so much more outspoken than Eleanor and she demands what she wants and she works to get it. And Eleanor will just suffer in silence until it all bubbles up and there's a huge breakdown. But anyways, I'm trying to say that Olivia's personality is a huge reason why her relationship with Conner works. And why even though they (imprudently in my mind but that's just because I overthink everything and also cannot imagine getting married or being that invested in another person) got married after barely knowing each other and they're both still really young, I think they have a chance of making it. And I like them together. Olivia balances out Conner.
But yeah. Loved the chapter. Died all over the place because there is a future of Mrs. Liam Pritchard! And I love that both Liam and Eleanor seem to be learning from their mistakes and growing as people and becoming more adult.
You should write again soon. Because I would like to read more.

And...hold up-did we know from previous chapters that Liam's birthday was January 2nd? I totally did not remember this...and it just felt shocking because Liam never struck me as a born-in-January kind of a guy. and THE 2ND OF JANUARY NO LESS. HE WAS ALMOST A NEW YEAR'S BABY. HE ALMOST SHARED HIS BIRTHDAY WITH JONAS ARMSTRONG. Anyways, yeah I sat here for like 5 minutes thinking about if I knew about his Birthday previously. It was just like WHOAA. I must remember this forever.
I'm so uber glad Eleanor didn't lie and be all snobbish and be like NO OF COURSE I DON'T HAVE A BREAK. Yayy!

AWW MRS. BISHOP. DUDE YOU JUST KNOW SHE'S A LIANOR FANGIRL TOO! Gotta love it when the old peeps are fans of ships as well!
I'm glad Lianor was able to kill the awkwardness with the splendid topic of Olivner...Conver...HAVE I GIVEN THEM A SHIP NAME YET? I feel like I have...but I can't remember.
