Great story! I love the randomness of it, and the neat ending in just a one shot is very nice. Adachi's insistence on nonsensical things is so very characteristic. Chiba's always having the answer is nice, too. :D I just love everyone in this one. Hana is so awesome with her sheer naivete and physical power. I even really like the new guy.

This chapter had all the makings of a regular excerpt from the manga: short story, a funnily outrageous plot, and a clueless Adachi. Way to go! I look forward to more of your fics. ;)
