Well. I've read it all. And I've had a few tries at writing a review for it. Telling you how you have a gift and the emotions you portray in your characters have a a profound impact on my thoughts...

But I couldn't quite find the words to describe it suitably.

So I'll just say thankyou and ask you to please write more, I enjoy it so very much.

Emotional, you say... well I guess you're right ^^ but it's a good kind of emotional! I thought it was endearing to imagine Gaara sacrificing his own blood to show Naruto that he wanted to be his friend: he'd be ready to give his own life :D

The end just put a happy smile on my lips, cuase I instantly thought about the hand shake in the Shippuden (as was probably your intention)! XD

Very sad, this chapter ç.ç It's not so easy to decide who's the protagonist here, because it could really be both...

Yet I interpret it as a Naruto's POV for mainly two reasons: 1) the deep suffering, not because Gaara wouldn't be suffering like this but because I think Gara wouldn't let it show so much 2) the will to fight because it is something the sticks with Naruto :D

Still, it could really be both.

LOVED that line so much! The way you write is truly amazing and I love all the extended metaphors you use in these drabbles. It's not very often I stumble across something so thought provoking yet at the same time doesn't make my brain hurt.

I loved the lobster chapter too, as it reminds me of how I looked only a few weeks ago and it made me laugh trying to imagine a sunburnt Gaara, all I could think was... KAWAI!

Anyway congrats on your beautiful work and I can't wait for the next update. :P

"Those scratches upon the walls, you say? I never knew exactly what those were, but they don't look bad at all." haha! I loved that line...and the last line of the story. ;)

You know, I think those scratch marks of Naruto's are the whiskers of the nine-tailed fox. Somehow, I always think that when the Hokage sealed the fox in Naruto, the tattoo and the scratch marks appear as symbols. :) That's just my theory.

Can't wait for the next one.
