It's really cool that you anticipated both Snape's crush on Lily and the fact that he was actually a good guy (since it seems like you wrote this before those things were revealed in canon). i loved the song intertwined into the story. it added a lot to the whole mood of it all. made snape so human (and i love snape so it got me very excited to read a story about him) i was near tears at the end (yes...i get really into things) BRAVO!

Anyway, this fic is fantastic! I see you haven't lost your touch until now...back then you were on helleva ZELDA writer. Snape's thoughts are expressed with great detail, and the lyrics go very well with the fic, especially since CREED is my fav band. Your style of writing has improved greatly.

snape is one of my favorite characters in HP, but unfortunately too one dimensional in the 1st three books. This is exactly the way I picture him... I see many parallels between him and draco, and knowing you, they were probably intentional... Good work!)

I was listening to my Weathered CD yesterday and I thought of Snape when this song came on; bloody hell, the whole CD could make a HP soundtrack! Anyway, great writing! Don't stop!
