OMG as AU's go this is GREAT! I like your take on human nature :D I always thought that earth must have had hidden motives to accept the Centari so easily as they did in the show. And given the whole Clark situation, and what you can see today of the human condidition, it is enirly plausable that hey would spinn it like that!
And as for the people that are having a go at you for being so brutally honnest about humanity... they should either suck it up, or not read the story! ITS AN AU! WHAT DID YOU EXPECT PEOPLE?

This is well written. I look forward to see how the Earth Centuri war will turn out. I'm plannin to write an Terran Empire version of the Earth Alliance but I'm only brain stormin.

It would seem more prudent to simply take the ship and copy the technology rather then immediately start a war with the Centauri.

While I do see the Presdent's point,honestly would we be dumb enoghe to try and pick a fight with a race for more advance than us and that is capble of chuncking mertors at our cities. Ofcourse this make me wounder how the meeting with the Minbari will go. ~Paladin13

The President is quite definitely an extremely manipulative person and NOT the type of character I would want to cross. I'm going to guess that the information about the "one other race" was the Narn? Curious What If? and I will keep an eye out for this story.

I must say this chapter is interesting read and would like to see more chapters. Even though I watched the full 5 year arch of babylon 5 and read some of the books I never really liked how Earth was portrayed. And what about the Vorlon's? They been invading earth posing themselves as angels and using earth's religions as a means of controlling them. You need to do something about that as well. Looking forward to more chapters... (longer the better)
