i love the way you portrayed makino. everything else too.
the only complain i have is maybe that ace seems to be there but not there..could just be the ace-girl in me though..
overall, great piece of work!

this is just sweet. I love the idea of Luffy in abad mood over ace's bounty for some reason.

OHMYGOODNESS, I adored this. I've never read a Makino-centric fic before and you did her justice! (since, we don't know THAT much about the woman since she's hadn't much of a role in the manga) But I really liked all the little bits and details of the whole fic that showed Ace and Luffy's brotherly love and Makino's I'm-not-your-mother-but-I-might-as-well-be attitude.

This story was awesome! It was serious and angsty and funy all wrapped into 50+ words of goodnes. I really did like your Makino voice! This story really did make my weekend, and I know I'll be pawing through my favorites looking for this story to reread.
