I'm writing a little something right now and I just finished the chapter where I talk about Sam and his... cravings. You did this so well in such a small amount of time. Love the howling with a hollow hunger. I think that happens to me every time I think of Oatmeal Creme Pies... yum.. Anyway, I LOVED the fist into the mirror, LOVED the splinters and cracks chasing each other.

Loved the double entendre! It fit in perfectly and added quite a punch to the entire drabble. I also really liked this little bit of description"...watching splinters and cracks chase each other.

God, Ness, I can feel Sam's addiction through this powerful, intense drabble. The battle between what Sam knows and what he feels just rockets out of your words. Your analogies of the splinters and cracks is amazing, and your aliteration puts the emotion into the images perfectly.

I would smile and wave but I can't seem to get myself out of the the corner where I have been cringing for most of Season 4..."Tripped no kidding Sam, totally. Clever, Ness, very clever.

We have only just seen On The Head Of A Pin here, so have seen Sam drinking Ruby's demon blood but not what you guys have seen. Sounds like he's a bit of an addict, damn that Ruby. And the lies just trip from his lips so easily now(
