awesome! i think you should pick up this story again when the season of castle does on tv.

I almost fell out of my seat too! i mean, Castle, shot? it just doesn't fit! but this was very good. i liked it a lot!

I know what you mean but I found a little glimmer of hope when they gave us that preview.
They said "and now some scenes from the Season Finale of Castle." or something of that ilk. I know they said season finale and not series finale. So there's hope that it will continue. I got like fourteen of my friends to watch it yesterday.

Actually I think that there is a good chance that when the show really is over that Castle will die. You know, pull a whole Derek Storm parallel. (did I mention I'm totally obsessed with Castle?)

My sister and I were in the car on the way home from horseback riding tonight and we started the Deep Fried Twinky scence for my dad because we'd been talking about things that were inappropriate and my sister snickered and said deep fried twinky. Then we both doubled over in laughter. anyway I went through all of the lines perfectly, no mistakes, absolutely flawless. I even sounded exactly like Beckett. then we both started slapping ourselves for being that obsessed. (we do Grey's Anatomy and Gilmore Girls like that too) We're crazy sisters with too much time on our hands.

I was right there with you with the falling out of my chair part! Very very good fic! I think either the preview is fooling us and Kate was told about someone else being shot and they through that in their just to make us nervous or he actually DID get shot. Which would be bad. Very bad.

Oh, cool. i cant wait. me and my friend thought it would be funny if he got shot like in the leg cause i mean, it's Castle, we were like if he was in a wheel chair he'd like roll down a him to catch the bad guy or with crutches he would like wack them or something. But i hope he is okay

I actually bet that his gun shot is more of a flesh wound, I think that would make a much better scene. Anyway, a nice take on what might happen.

I too am looking forward to next tuesday (for me, Castle day is tuesday as I have to download it - I'm in the UK!) can't wait to see how close to the real thing this is xD

Excellent!! I had the same reaction when I saw the preview lol. I can't wait for next week...Is it Monday yet? Lol I hope you continue this story further! Oh and May 19th ABC announces which shows are picked up for the '09/10 season =) *crosses fingers*

Aw, what a tender moment between Alexis and Kate. I really hope we get more interaction between the two of them on the show. And I love how you show how concerned Kate is for Castle, that was well done.

Thumbs on the story and I'm with you, eagerly awaiting the days until May 19th and when they reveal what shows they are keeping and what shows they are not.

Oh my gosh this is good. If they're teasing us in the season finale preview and someone else actually got shot I will be **. If he gets shot then something fluffy like this will happen and that is definitley a good thing! Thanks so much for this story! <3
