Really good story.

Oh, owch. Poor, poor Cyrus... This cut stright to the heart. I love how he always had her letters with him, beneath his breatplate, close to his heart; and that he's memorized them so that even when the ink fades, he still knows what each one says. And the last line? A hit to the heart.

Lovely. Sweetly sad. Good writing.
