I'm really no good at commenting/reviewing/analyzing poetry - I'm so skipping tomorrow's literary analysis exam! - but I'll try... hooray for lame commentary from an overly emotional nutcase...

First of all, I was very touched - I think you portrayed Ruth's thoughts and feelings perfectly. He couldn't word his thoughts well in-game, but this is exactly what I thought might be going on. Beautiful and tragic without slipping to the melodramatic side. He was definitely envious of Dash in a way, and I'm glad you noticed that as well. (At first, Ruth seemed like a cold-blooded copy-in-the-making of the Count, but then I saw behind those blue eyes and started actually feeling sorry for the guy)

That said, I don't think I can say anything more than LOVE IT. Such a terribly sad fate, for the both of them... is very bad for my eyes. *rubs away tears*

I hope you write more, be it poetry or prose or an innovative combo of the two - because I command thus :P Thank you so much for dedication as well! <3 Now I'm inspired to finish my next update soon (and not leave a one-year gap between two adjacent chapters as last time...)
