Oh, I so hope you are continuing this story! I see that it's recently posted, so I have hope.

I've always love Kurotsuchi, and I think that very few ever really took the time to take a really good look at who he was or even why. I am glad that you did. I only wish that it could have gone on longer as the friendship between the two captains is defiantly an interesting (and understandable) one.

I also would love for you to continue your Kurotsuchi onwards. I would certainly love to see you write some romance for him, as his character does have a lot to love. Maybe wishful thinking but I hope someday that bug bites you on your butt.
