If Cream's body was made for her, then why would it come with an alternate name? Her body saying her alt name like that felt just plain weird and I think you could have used another method for it to be figured out.

Metal Sonic has a psychotic fixation on proving he's better than Sonic and turning his original into dust.

And if he thinks Sonic is dead, I think he'd be stuck doing some soul searching. And it's kinda weird metal would activate/arrive at the same time one of the emeralds was found and placed into a functional body.

Question: Is tails soul still IN the emerald? If so all someone needs to do is pluck the gem out of his 'body' for him to be helpless. It also means he can build himself another vessel similar to his original more in appearance. That's assuming of course Tails' soul has permanently bonded with that of the chaos emerald and can't be separated. Of course that would mean that for all intents and purposes tails WAS the chaos emerald.


But to think that they were actual robots…

I wonder if to call a reploid a robot is to call a human being an animal by comparison.

Since it apparently takes place before Zero ditched his original body to be ride of the Maverick virus and Dr. Weil turned it into Omega (what a freak out that would be for Tails with the similar names).

And Zero was also the name of one of Robotnik's robots don't forget.

Heh, maybe this whole thing gives Zero the idea to lose his old body believing he had separate the part of his programming that's firmware and only upload his software thinking he can separate himself from the virus that way.

It also most likely takes place before X's four 'clone children' were born (the Four Guardians). The weird thing is that the source material suggests that they fought ALONG SIDE the heroes against Weil during the Elf Wars... but they acted as if they were meeting Zero for the first time when they met in MMZ1.

I know it was declared by the creators to be incorrect, but I've wonder what difference it makes to the series by NOT having the Mother Elf be Iris' programming resurrected, since having it be so adds some poetry to things.

Huh? Okay. Tails ending up in a reploid body that happens to be similar to his old species I can accept as fate.

But how did Cream's emerald also end up in a reploid body that happened to be akin to her original species? Now all reploids are animaloid after all. And not every place is gonna have spare shut down bodies laying about, and not everyone who sees a glowing rock is gonna feel the urge to put it into a de-activated robot.

Not all the chaos emeralds are gonna land somewhere were deactivated reploids are laying about, nor would they be all animaloid types, nor will they by chance be put into a shell that's their original species, and not everyone is gonna think to put a power gem into a deactivated empty 'soulless' reploid shell.

You could also use some more details on what Cream's new form looks like.

If she's in a combat model that's gonna scare her. Realizing she needs to fight is one thing but to BE a weapon, in particular for a child, is not gonna be pleasant.

The best Cheese could be IMHO is a prototype cyber-elf (perhaps ultimately even fusing with Cream).

But Chao are supposed to be near immortal anyway, when they die they go right back into the egg until they hatch again.

Assuming that Shadow, Knuckles, and Cream are in the same situation as Tails, that still leaves three emeralds with souls in them unaccounted for. I wonder who would be in the the remaining ones. Unless, of course, Sonic is also in an emerald.

Omega's change of heart shows no foreshadowing and his last request also doesn't make sense with Omega's character.

This is like if Sonic with no foreshadowing decided act more like Shadow.

Would be interesting if Shadow's emeralds was never found and only found centuries later by Neo Arcadia by the surviving Four Guardians after Copy-X was destroyed. The possible future of King Shadow showed that if given the power and the opportunity, Shadow wouldn't be oppose to Neo Arcadia's ruthless policies (in particular with the black and white thinking, immature, self-deluded Copy-X gone and Megaman X's three surviving 'specialized' clones running things in, ironically, much more the spirit of how the original X would have ruled than their master did).

One thing for Tails to realize is that while his soul is still his own, he now has a repliod's BRAIN, and that means he has the bad copy of the suffering circuit.

One of the irony in the final part of MMZ3 was that while Omega was indeed just inhabiting Zero's original body, his personality was much closer to Zero's original true persona. While Zero still had the heart of a hero that Sigma left him when Zero infected him with the original virus turning him evil.

Roxas, Zero, and Soma Cruz as all interesting in that when you play them, they've all been effectively, 'personality and/or memory wiped' so the person you play as and get to know isn't really who this person original was before being tampered with.

Dracula was blindly driven by loss and genocidal and his inability to -accept- loss without even a hint of maturity (how he could have turned when Soma thought he saw Mina's death suggests he still lacks the maturity to deal with loss). Roxas was callous and bitter from what we saw of the scenes of KHs2 and akin in manner to his fellow organization 13 members (he didn't leaves from any sense of conscience, he just couldn't get what he wanted from them), and Zero was a pure-blooded psychopath serial killer.
