This is fantastically hilarious! Excellent Eliot voice in the narration’s phrasing and word choice, and the piece has a great rhythm. The comedic timing here is spot-on.

I utterly loved Hardison talking about how Parker is a Rogue. That part and how it’s followed by the bit with Eliot considering the merits of headbutting Hardison to knock him out again might be my favorite section of the story, although there were a lot of contenders.

I also loved Eliot joining Sophie in dreamland Bermuda before ditching her and wandering off on his own, Hardison being described as “a big bag of idiotic potatoes”, and Eliot’s commandeering of the bar jukebox. So great!

And I love that even though I don't play World of Warcraft, Hardison's concussed declaration that he would run Icecrown Citadel with Eliot on his side got me teary-eyed with love and also hilarity.

OH GOD the WoW references made me laugh my ass off. Seriously, it's so true. I'd run Naxx with Eliot too. God that made me smile.

I like this story, but it's a bit confusing. What does a concussion have to do with getting drunk? Really well written and in-character despite that, though.

You know, I rather liked that! I really enjoy when a good author does some nice eliot and hardison banter and doesn't get weird with it. And WoW references from hardison always rock my world. Thank you much!

Eliot's reason actually makes perfect sense.
