that was simply wonderful. The ending of course was my favorite. I love it when Gibbs shocks Tony by being interested!!

That was very sweet. The last line is funky somehow, it sounds odd, but I cannot place why. The dialogue is very good, through, as usual, and your character development is interesting. Have you ever considered putting either Tony or Gibbs in an extreme situation? I understand that Raft of the Medusa put Tony's life in danger, which is extreme, but there was the supernatural element to give readers some psychological comfort. Ann Lamott said that one of the best ways to really discover a character is to lock them in an elevator with their worst enemy. (The elevator is a hypothetical metaphor of course)

LOVELY! I'm a real sucker for almost any story set after this one. Especially one that has Tony's reaction depicted as disgust for kissing a murderer rather than kissing a male.

Would it be too greedy to admit that I'd love to see a follow-up first time for them?
