Attacks: #1, Mad Slash, claws glow with a dark blue energy and are able to cut better than usual. #2 Savage Blaster, thrusts arms back and forth sending out several Dark Blue energy blasts. #3, Torpedo Talons, sticks out claws and fires each one like a torpedo.
Special Ability, Toxic Breath, makes opponent dizzy and disoriented when breathed in.

Shocking Blast
Attacks: #1, Ring Dice, throws both rings that are covered with black energy at the target. #2, Sonic wave, grabs rings to make the spikes crash together to send out a sound wave to strike opponent. #3, Smolder Storm, both rings suspend in mid-air covered with black energy and rains bits of black energy that invigorates companions and scalds any of the hero's.

Here are more ideas.

Shadow Boomerang continued
Attack #4, Typhoon Strike, throws weapon then it spins itself into a small typhoon and batters the target
Special Ability, Superhuman breath

Ultra Buck
Attacks: #1, Vortex Swirl, Spins the spiked part of the weapon in front and creates a swirl of dark green (darker than butch's green) energy that damages anyone close to it and it can also block attacks, but not all attacks. #2, Whirl Blast, swings the weapon forward and sends out a few blasts of dark green energy with tiny explosions, these are the only attacks I have and I'll try coming up with more unless you do first.
Special Ability, Plasma Concussion beams (fired from his hands)

Attacks: #1, Blood Arc, swings weapon in a wide arc sending forth a blast of energy. #2, Piercing Barrage, points top of weapon to opponent and shoots out several dark energy pellets like a machine gun. #3, Blood Shield, holds weapon straight in the air forming a shield of darkness around companions to block all attacks. #4, Blood Twister, swings weapon and sends out a tornado that picks up whatever it touches then drops it on the ground with great force.
Special Ability 2: Ultra Speed; rumored to be faster than Brick
Special Attack 1: Devastating Beam, similar to Solar flare but uses Dark energy
Special Attack 2: Devastating Blow, a giant orb of dark energy
Special Attack 3: Super Cosmo Finale, similar to Super Nova Finish but uses dark energy

Bashing Boulder
Attacks: #1, Super Shot, swings weapon and fires a dark red energy orb with a that makes a small explosion on contact. #2, Hammer Blow, the end of the weapon is covered in dark red energy and hits the target with more force than normal.
Special Ability: dirt manipulation

Shadow Boomerang
Attacks: #1, Boomerang Constriction, throws weapon at the target then the weapon tightens around the target to constrict it. #2, Boomerang Propeller, spins weapon in front and manipulates the air pressure around it to block attacks. The names I gave before for certain characters are as follows. Masako/Berserk, Kyou/Brute, Kiyoko/Bomb. And just to let you know, I wanted the punks street names to be similar to the puffs street names. But if you changed it around a bit on purpose that's fine too.

Special Attack: Wedding Cake Finish, gathers companion’s best attacks into her yo-yo, increasing it in size and sends a mega burst of energy into enemy then yo-yo splits apart with white electric energy in between parts to ensnare and crush opponents

I am asking you, as a mature adult, to not, under any circumstances, use the name Darkest Blight. Now this IS fanfiction, and as such I hold no legal claim over my work; however, openly stealing something from another author IS a form of plagiarism.

I want nothing of my creation to be associated with those who...in no way seek to respect its history. Every story, every character, even every chapter title is a deliberated and pained process of creation. One, I feel, very few members of this site can sympathize.

You say you are only taking Darkest Blight's name, but that is--in effect--taking everything of the character. I don't want Darkest Blight associated with Luke Armstrong. I don't want her associated with Amy Armstrong. I don't want her associated with Goutokuji Miyako or Matsubara Kaoru.

Darkest Blight belongs to Akatsutsumi Momoko and Akatsutsumi Momoko alone. And I will fight you with all the hostility in this world if you seek to make a name that I scrounged and pained to create known by this story.

Had you come to me and asked permission to use the name, which you openly say you are stealing, the outcome may have been different. That not being the case, this is my stance.

Do not use my name, under any circumstances.

This was an awesome chapter, and I don't think IT/Kaosu was defeated too easily since Blade needed extra strength from the people of both worlds to defeat him. And jsyk, when the next story starts, Blade shouldn't get any more powers since it would make him somewhat of a Gary stu.
