I like your story. It's pretty cool, and it kind of shines out a new way of thinking of Percy! Never would have thought of him as a possibility of being a prankster like the twins. Pretty cool too.

Very well thought out. The only thing missing was some interaction between Harry and Ginny--you explicitly have everyone else with their SO's but not H/G.
