I'm still in shock that Horatio mange to say sorry to Ryan, late but still nice to see.

Wow! You have me hooked now! Very good writing. Very stylish and classy. Very good detail. I feel like I'm in the middle of an old Soviet-style spy movie!
Now I have to see what happens to Ryan (although the title itself makes me cringe!) I hate to see him get hurt.

This is an incredibly beautiful chapter. It is not gushy at all! Rather deeply philosophical and honest. I loved the quote from 'Black Lamb and Grey Falcon'. I have never read it, but now I feel like I should! Marquis de Sade, too, seems like an interesting subject for study. I love how the chapter wasn't about sex, but more about Erica's and Ryan's thought and feelings, and their differing perspectives. I can already tell I will have to reread this several times to drink all of it in!

I love this chapter! Such a complicated web that the French and American allies are spinning; I doubt anyone caught inside will see it before it is too late! The revelation that Eric is still hallucinating his friend is rather disturbing, yet enlightening; I wonder if that will cause any problems in the future. I am glad, however, to see that Ryan finally took it upon himself to answer Erica's e-mails! I feel a bit sorry for Ramona, who just fell in love, and doesn't seem to be completely in the loop as to the extent of Ivan's violent actions. It appears as though she views him simply as an executive, not a true criminal. I can't wait for the next chapter! Such a great cliffhanger!

I love Claire turning Ryan into a pouting child! Very funny!
It's also very interesting to see Stetler feeling almost protective toward Ryan! He is a good cop, and it's believable that he's uncomfortable with framing a fellow officer, even though he knows no lasting harm will come of it. It's great to see him as a trusted police officer and a good friend rather than the backstabbing, sneaky viper that he is portrayed on the show.
Nevzorov is planning to blame Ivan! Perhaps Ryan will not be the only one in the Miami-Dade corrections facility trying to get to Sarnoff!

I had to pick my jaw up off the floor at Horatio nice words about Rick, it was long overdue. I do hope that everything goes well for Ryan and that this plan doesn't blow up in everyone faces.
