Dark, but also, very sweet!

This is very heartfelt and genuine; it sounded like it came right out of Huck's mind.
The only thing I suggest is reviewing because there were a couple of minor errors like skipped words and whatnot.
Overall, really cute!

I love Huck. He's all troubled with a big heart, and you did him justice with this wonderfully written piece. Not sure he's as literate as you made him out to be in his diary, but it doesn't really matter. That last line just kills me. Well done.
