This fic is, quite simply, incredible. You have a stronger grasp of House and his team than you do of the Doctor, but the idea of him being kinda-sorta-part TimeLord is inspired. The dialogue is especially wonderful.

I can't believe this only has nine reviews: it deserves

This story, this story... the summary sounds like humor, but it's not, it's very very not.
My "happy ending" sense begs me to imagine The Doctor being forgiven and finding some sort of peace or happiness or something resembling that (that's what's keeping me pretending the Time Lords are secretly alive and will come back in the future)

It's very sad how you have the Doctor fading away and ending up as House. I wonder what happened that made him become human before dying, and whether, when he became human, he realized his time was drawing to an end...

My goodness, this is lovely. The difference between the Doctor and House's personalities makes their (or his?) eventual fate all the more wistful, and yet you managed to end this with a touch of openness--of something more that can and will happen. Thanks for writing this, it was utterly gorgeous. :D
