Ah, it is such a pity that you have been unable to update this or any of your other stories for that matter. It's been an /incredibly/ long time since I had enjoyed anything remotely KakaSaku so when I had stumbled on this... well, let's just say you have successfully reignited my love for this pairing. I knew I was voluntarily setting myself up for frustration when I saw the last time this was updated but the story was just too good to put down that I thought it had to be worth it. And it was. I can wait, as well as your other readers, because we all know Life comes forth, no? And with a family to juggle and parents to take care of, fulfilling your audience's pleasure senses doesn't come anywhere close to the priority list. I am just happy that you even managed to share this story with us at all.

The premise of the AU!school setting, while not original, has enough of an interesting chain of events and mystery to lure the reader in. The seemingly random lessons probably confused us as much as it did Sakura, but I like how everything had an ulterior motive to it. Not to mention the banter between those two. My god. Your characterization of Kakashi was of course beautiful as always. And the circumstances you've set for Sakura was enough to make your readers sympathize with her. You make it so that she wasn't the stereotypical pity-me! character. Her grown-up attitude and determination to make a niche for herself was very... heart-wrenching in a way. To force yourself to grow up too fast and yet still remain ignorant, like the child you really are, in other ways. Her one-track-set mind just reminds me all over again of how many other people in real life are still stuck in this cycle, and in some ways, myself included as well.

But before this turns into some Dr. Phil review, I'll once again send my hopes that you'll return to this site one day and even if you don't, I shall wish you luck in your other life endeavors.

OMG I didn't realize this wasn't completed when I started. Grrrr. Now I'm hooked and really REALLY hope you continue this story. I have a feeling that what Kakashi was discussing on the phone was her locket. There's something about it isn't there. He's not really a teacher either is he? *squirms in seat* Really good so far, I can not wait to read more. Very awesome for an AU

I've only read one chapter so far, and this is already great. I actually snorted out loud at how you described Kakashi's clothing style - it sounded so very, very like him. Anyway, I can't say much so far, aside from the fact that I am really enjoying this, but I had to review it now. Simply because it made me laugh AND snort :D

So yeah, thank you for sharing this wonderful fic (and for making the pairing KakaSaku, as it is my ultimate otp!).

I adore Kakashi's character here! He's so mysterious and very hard to get a read on. His spontaneity makes up a lot of the story and Sakura's frustration towards it amuses me.

UGH! Now I'm really curious about Tsunade's and Kakashi's relationship. I wonder how much of a job protecting Sakura is for Kakashi, if that makes sense. I thought he was just being conveniently nice, but it's interesting because I'm pretty sure Tsunade is involved in it.

Also, I really like the school system. It's not something I'm accustomed to, but it sounds fascinating.

I find it funny how Sakura is this straight a's smartypants and model student but her love interest is her teacher, ten years or so older than her, and rides a motorcycle. Such a strange match. Heh.

This was my favorite chapter! Mainly because of Shizune's little lecture thing. A lot of authors forget that people have FLAWS and create this completely unrealistically perfect persona. Sakura's personality is very much canon-like, which is why I like her so much! :)
