I really hope they both live. They're my favorite characters!

Oh wow. You got me going. The um, last few bits there were, er, rather BLURRY...

Lovely and sad, and very well done. I can totally see that happening. My money is on George dying and Izzie living as well, though my hope would absolutely be for them both to die and go off to heaven together. :)

I'm with you on your theory, I'm pretty sure George is the one who dies too! Unless, the elevator is going up towards heaven and it's Izzie who dies... eh, another thought to contemplate, huh?

Anyhoo, this was a wonderful one shot! I was crying during the finale and this fic kind of brought all the tears back to my eyes. I loved it. I think you captured the emotions and the characters perfectly, although I would've liked a little more interaction between George and Izzie. Great job!

I love how you did this! My favorite characters are George and Izzie and after I watched the last episode all I could think was "George! Izzie! Dead?" This completly captures what they should have added on the show. Izzie's confusion would make sense.

Also, do you really think George is going to die? I think Izzie is going to die, George will get better, but then leave for the military.

I really, really hope this is what happens next season...
