That was lovely. I loved that scene in the movie. To me it showed how much Uhura had Spock tied around her little finger. I loved the line "You are...necessary to me." That was quite lovely and romantic in a strange way.

My father, whom I saw the movie with, was quite irritated by my fangirl squeals of glee.

What a cute, sweet, simple one-shot. I loved it. You can really feel the dynamics of the two working against and with each other. ;)
