I cannot wait for another update! it's a great concept I like that it's different enough from 'On my knees' that it really reads as a stand-alone.

I found it a bit weird that RM wasn't involved but the whoe storming in thing was very Max like.

I hope it all works out for them.

So FMax changed things enough to make him disappear. Hopefully they were for the better, but we shall see.

So...I'm guessing that Courtney will possibly turn on Michael at some point and hurt him, whether physically or some other way remains to be seen.

I really hope that Tess chooses to stay with the good side and not turn on them now that she knows her choices.

I'm also glad that Max didn't fly off the handle at the end, but then again, the flash probably helped with that.

I liked this chapter, I think it's slowly making the different dimensions come together, at least I was finally able to follow the chapter a little better. Great chapter.

Sounds like as the timelines get further along, the last two especially, it seems like they get slightly better. Things aren't as horrible as they were in the first few timelines.

I don't know why Courtney thought they'd trust her after what she did. In her own convulted way of thinking, she thought it was right. It really wasn't though.

So Max is starting to fade away...that must mean that his part is over. The rest is up to those left behind.

Even though this chapter was more confusing to follow, I enjoyed how it all fit together at the end and how you are putting all of the other stories together slowly. Can't wait to see how it all pans out.

This is funny the other day I asked that question too, and found out that it's from around the 1940's and it simply is suppose to sound more dire then just going to hell.

It seems as if Courtney screwed up Max's memories even moreso than what they were. If that is the case, he was having enough trouble as it was trying to give the others a reason for his being there because he is to save them from his futures, then he'll really be of no use. They'll continue to make the same mistakes in this timeline as they have in the past ones. And if that is the case, then Courtney knew what she was doing and didn't want him to warn them.

Why? Maybe to see if Michael would take up the reigns and lead in this timeline finally? You were right, more questions than answers although I really think I'm on the right track here.

This part took me by surprise, with all the past flashes when the previous part had been about Courtney and Max fighting. But Courtney is a skin, she can mindrape so did she do that to Max? Did she go through his mind and did she witness Max's memories of the different timelines?
