This is a really interesting way of telling a story. I liked it.

Wow... That was exquisite and the ending nearly made me cry... :')

That was beautiful. You have a wonderful way with words! Every sentence is separate but there's an overall flow to the whole chapter. And each scene captured by a sentence was very poignant. I love some of the phrases you used here. And while I do prefer to read happy endings for this pair, a bittersweet one has their charms, too. I enjoyed this very much. Hope to see more with the different themes!
