Absolutely loved it. I teared up so bad; it was so well done. Goten and Trunks were characterized perfectly-I can totally see Trunks acting that way in class. Goten is so sweet-how could he not be a favorite?

aw i just wanna go glomp the poorl lil kid, musta been a ** not havin a father through such young years..my niece's the same, her father (my brother) died before she was born T.T its so sad she doesn't even know his face! its even worse when, unlike Goten's mother who tells him to "be proud," her's remarries and makes her call him BLOOD "Father", not even telling her a single thing about the real one! :@ it really ** me off as I haven't seen her for three years and...aww, back to your story you don't wanna know my family story.

i..love this story so bad!! if anyone in that class dared cuffaw, i'd beat them, i swear! (despite the fact they're non-existant and way younger than me..lol)
i love how you subtly changed the atmosphere of the classroom, how Trunks' sarcastic smirk quickly sobered up and how the teacher, realizing the emotional gravity of Goten's piece, then began to believe the seriosness of these so-called juvenile imature, story-making "kids"

This is the sweetest story I've read so far. I can understand how Goten feels, because I lost my father last november, and he used to tell me stuff like "never give up" and things like that. I totally loved your story. Keep up with the good work. ^.^ XD

What more can I say? I'm beginning to sound like a broken record, huh? D4 has done it again! You managed to keep my interest the whole 2,0 and something odd words, and I laughed the whole time!

That was biased of the teacher to believe Goten and not Trunks, but the 'prince' and 'he likes to blow things up' parts were so hilarious! I almost peed my pants!

It was also so cute how Trunks encouraged Goten. So sweet.
