I was disappointed with the series finale too.

I have to say that seemed alot more fitting than being shot by Athena. I always wondered how Athena could do it, I mean who stole who's life? But great story and missing/replacement moment!

I loved this. I've got a real soft spot for Boomer, and appreciated the view you gave of her. I love the scene between her and Adama at the end. The hope in it, and the easy-ness of Bill's interaction with her was lovely to read. It was very easy to picture it all in my mind's eye.

Good story. I think people could have forgiven her for being a sleeper, but I think they will never forgive her for either stealing Hera or jumping so close to Galactica, essentially putting the stake in her heart.

Thank you for doing this for Boomer. I never like how she was used and threw away. I glad fanfiction was able to give her a chance to live her "life". Now I can dream she somehow makes it to Scotland and that the Chief can forgive her and the have a big family of engineers and sometime in the future a "Scotty" is born to their line.
