Enjoyed the romp through the city of Lights and Ron knocking some folks lights out--permanently. Kim is back where she belongs, in his arms. Looking forward to the next chap.

Quite the body count Ron left behind to rescue Kim from those slavers. Maybe 'Paris', as usual, will not appreciate the work Ron did to rid them of something so unsavory... but that's the norm for them.

I wonder though, did Kim ever wonder what kind of work Ron was into with his job...? It appears she now has seen his work firsthand. That's got to unnerve her a bit.

Ron, though he has saved Kim, seems to be tossing what he's been doing for a living around inside and now knows why he retired.

Now the loose ends get tied up.

Nice fight scene Doug, for some reson I seem to like them edgy. A ** off Monkey Master/Ninja going after his beloved. Are you sure that you don't want Ron to pay some of the other guests a visit too. I mean Kim would just love to take a few of those out who latey were bidding on her 'services'.

Just started this story, and man. Talk about loads of action. I also like how you characterize the nicer version of Ron and Kim, and as his fiancee? Nice touch. Mean|Ron is a force not to be messed with. Goodness gracious.

Well Ron has a lead on where to go next, but he has found that he has no friendlies on this hunt.

It's pretty bad when you find that someone you've counted on in work like this turns out to have turned a blind eye to this kind of activity.

The local government, and maybe national too, may be a little ticked at Ron for ending something in their country, that while very distasteful, was lucrative... or incriminating.

Not a pretty picture, finding Pam like that, and then learning that Kim was sent off elsewhere because her fidelity is pricier to the slave-ring.

'Is Paris Burning?' may take on a whole new meaning when this is over.

Ron's still unassuming to those who just can't believe he's that dangerous. That is working very well with people on either side of the law here.

Now to get more clues as to where Kim is being held before its too late.
