Great story. A worthy continuation of the story handed down in the movie. Very well written with a clean and engaging plot.

Darn, you're sucking me into another fandom! Great way to wake up in the morning. Like how you delve into the characters.

I really enjoyed this. It was nice, having an action/adventure one-shot, seeing what it's like for Kirk as a new captain and his relationship w/ his crew. It was exciting, and when they beamed down, I was on the edge of my seat. Oh, and I especially liked the mind-meld scene - nice :) Keep up the great work!

Yay! A nice first mission story, full of angst and mystery. I hope we get more h/c in this fandom very soon. :-)

Oh, and a little note - you might want to mark your story "Complete" - I almost didn't read it because I thought it still had a few chapters to go, and I don't like reading WIPs.
