Terrific story! You kept Spock perfectly in character and showed how overwhelming and bittersweet the whole experience must have been to him. And I love the glimpses of how much he'd changed since the time of those long past first days on the Enterprise, how a lot of that was due to Jim's influence and how deep their friendship had become. Poor Spock.
I felt really bad for Spock Prime in the movie. He gets to see all his friends again, but he can't actually, truly be friends with them.
I really like this, I hope you write more for Spock Prime, I like your style for him I can almost hear Leonard Nimoy speaking while reading this.

Nicely done. I liked all the nuances, all Spock's feelings as Vulcan was destroyed, Jim arrived, and as he struggled to find his place in a universe that is not his own. Very moving.
