This was cute. I liked the idea of an innocent date. haha.

Although I felt that Basch isn's as "formal" or as "serious" (i wanted to say "grumpy!" haha) as you made him. I think he'd be a little kinder, especially to penelo. though yeah, he'd be "killjoy" (haha like when he told penelo "That will be more than enough")

Also, just a suggestion, perhaps you could shed more light on Larsa and Penelo's relationship prior to the date (like near the introductory paragraphs) It just surprising to know that they were lovebirds and Vaan supported them all of a sudden. But it's just a suggestion! no biggie. But all in all, yeah, it was a cute, fun little fic.
