This has been such a heartbreaking season and you've captured some of that regret and hesitancy so beautifully here. Poor Dean, he's struggling to survive what's happened to him and poor Sam doesn't know how to reach him. Very well done

I'm sure Mad loved this- cause I know I do! I loved Sam gently poking Dean about always being fine, and that Dean understands that it's not just this one time. Excellent :D

Also quite a fan of the cool, rough, gentle Sam-hands on Dean's head. And the needless Dean stoicism. But mostly it's Sam calling him on the needless stoicism that rocks me about this.
