J'admire le passage du "drole classique" (la guerilla Sammy-bureau de Veterini. Il tient de son père, ce bout'd'chou!) au "drole tout mignon".
Les imitations sont trop mignonnes ... et hilarantes quand on imagine le Patricien les faire (et Sammy les répéter).
Par contre, je parie que le Patricien n'avouerait jamais avoir dit la toute dernière phrase.

Ps: l'avait raison Pratchett. Mets un bébé ans une histoire, et tu verras les membres du sexe féminin débarquer en minaudant: "il est trop mignon !"

There has got to be a book involved, in studying the translation of Pratchett into other languages... even to English ears, "Madame Panaris" conjures up a VERY definite sort of woman who would be Mrs Whitlow's French alternate! These are the names used in the French editions? I've read the essay on translating Pratchett into Dutch (it's in the Discworld Companion) and I've discussed the Czech translation of "the Truth" online, but this is the first time I've seen the French.

Maybe we should write it?
