It really seems like Dick hates Tim and Bruce and mostly his whole family. I really think that Dick has a better relationship with his little brother and I think everyone would be a little more sympathetic towards Dick when it came to this fruitcake thing. It was a little ironic to see Bruce say "Get over it."
