I'm pleased to hear that you've got a sequel planned because you've left us with a bit of cliffy. They need to find Face and make sure he doesn't do anything stupid and so Hannibal can try to regain his trust. Nice work...looking forward to more.

Face laughed, a low, bitter sound that sent a chill down Hannibal's spine wow so unlike Face and to disobey an order from Hannibal.

The colonel was far too experienced to let any trace of the unease he felt show on his face, but something about the lieutenant's silent grin was freaking him out. Big time. Wow Face must really be messed up.

O my Face has turned so violent I didnt think he would every hit Hannibal or throw something in his face.

Poor Face he was used in child prostitute ring and raped. And his mom left him when he was 5 yrs old. So sad.

Face left b/c he could bear knowing Hannibal knew what happened to him. Thinking Hannibal would want him anymore or they other if they knew.

Face should know Hannibal wouldn't think less of him or tell the others and would still want him. He was already damaged good when he first met Hannibal. Hannibal would screw he over now.

Looks like Murdock got Hannibal thinking on his action to make face talk.

I hope hes going to be ok and the team can find him soon. i guess Hannibal should tell them what was wrong with Face. They will wonder way he left and what made him leave.

Excellent story full of tension and set at a good pace. Wonderful ending.

The length was about right. I was about ready to thump Face for stubborness myself ;-)

Murdock's reaction makes me wish we'd seen a bit more of his and BA's reactions to the build-up. It seems odd that they seem to have missed quite how bad it was getting.

I'm glad you didn't drag it out anymore, I would have exploded. I can't wait for the story arc to continue, your writing is spectacular! And lastly: OH MY GODS POOR FACEY! The poor guy's been through a hell of a lot and I think Hannibal made it worse! I hope he sorts it out..

Lovely end to this arc. Poor Face indeed. Hannibal angry that Face won't give full disclosure yet feeling guilty at the pressure he puts his lieutenant under while Face is angry that Hannibal won't leave things be yet desperately needs to confide his repressed memories - great writing. I am already looking forward to the next part...looks at watch...no pressure. Thanks again for some great entertainment.
