Well, I'm not exactly sure how you're going to this, but I'd probably do something like this:

Jean Valjean: it's probably going to be someone with a lot of heart. Munkustrap maybe.

Cosette: Victoria! Definitely. She's so innocent, she can do it.

Javert: Okay, absolutely no Idea. Definitely someone who follows the rules.

Fantine: Probably Demeter or Bombalurina. Just a random guess

Marius: Well, in my opinion, if you have Victoria for Cosette, you have to have Mistoffelees for Marius. Or Plato, but I prefer Misto!
