Aww! How absolutely perfect. I loved this chapter. Finally they talked and resolved a little of the pain still in their hearts. I liked the way they both tried to find reasurance in the other. And I thought you did wonderful with the guilt question. I so hope Joe will heal her in the way only a loving man can. Please update soon (I know I keep you busy with your beta work for me).

I really like the character of Beatrix. It's nice to see how a true friend - an equal - talks with Clarisse.

Glad to see a bit of what's going on in Clarisse's mind and I can't WAIT for she and Joseph to talk.

I'm glad they're finally going to talk in the next chapter! And I was even thinking about why Joe might not have held her close when they first found her in the bunker. But it makes sense because like the letter states, they weren't lovers. But they are in love am I right?

I absolutely loved this chapter. That was so damn intense with feelings that it had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I can't wait to read what both Joseph and Clarisse have to say to each other. I guess she is still a little angry at him for not coming earlier and protecting her, unjust and unrational as it is. And Joseph has not forgotten himself, you mentioned that in the last chapter. Raw feelings will be stirred up again and I don't know exactly how you make them handle those. I really look forward to the next chapter.

Slightly confusing the rapid changes. I like Joe a lot in this story but he has to forgive himself. I think the only way he will be able to if after Clarisse has talked to him and forgiven him.
