Great ending; i’m pretty sure this was the only fic i ever read that for a split-second was kinda close to bringing me to tears.

Off all the characters that have died, I miss Elle the most. I didn't seem to make any since. I can still see her chained in that room, 'You killed my father...' 'Yes'... 'HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO ME?!?'

Then she asked him to kill her, and he refused. No, he waited until she'd forgiven him for that. I always suspected there'd be more shippy moments between Elle and Claire if they'd been give more time. Great story, if short. ; )
