Intense.

Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed this. I like the kin and it was cool how that one managed to integrate with and take over Kirk. It's sad that they had to leave, but happily ever after, right? Maybe a sequel? Kirk & co can visit the planet again, see the kin... bring the faction to justice... :)

Owch - loved & hated the ending. Loved it because it was just brilliant & hated because, well, depressingly it's the way life goes. As for the rest of the story, good pace & enjoyable to read :)

Wow! James T. Kirk is a super hero; an injured, running on drugs and adrenaline, super hero! Did you see how he woke up, ship under seige, and single handedly took down like 9-10 guys, including Strike Eagle? That was some intense action. I have to admit I wasn't expecting him to wake up with a whole new Section 13 force to recon(sp?) with. Yikes. But intensity is your calling card, ginger. Well done. Now, on to the finale. Will Jim catch a break?

Let's see if it goes through this time... As the site apparently is experiencing extreme issues. I should've realized this when I attempted to post my new story today and it took me twenty five times and finally, a great load of sneakiness to get it done.

I loved the wrap up, hated the politicians and had the urge to light everyone on fire for trying to cover it up. :) As always, your Kirk/Bones banter was fabulous. It made my week to read it.

I also liked the Kirk/Uhura banter. Not enough of that around this joint. You know the two of them would be going at it frequently.

Overall, lovely work, lovely wrap up. Yay for the kin!

AWESOME ENDING!
It seemed a bit rushed/abrupt to me, especially after the craziness of the last chapter. But it was all good and worth reading! I especially how you kept Kirk sick even until the very end, showing the migraines he was getting from the recovery process. I could really see him lying in bed, sick as a dog, in a dark room, waiting for it to go away.
As always, Bones was stellar with his acerbic comments to Jim as he tended to him.

I've only gotten through the first chapter so far, because I'm tired and distracted, but let me say that I am SO glad I stumbled across this fic. From the very beginning I was laughing my ass off, and I especially like how the first part uses only dialogue. You've written the characters extremely well; even without dialogue tags of who said what its easy to figure out, because I can hear the characters' voices. Excellent start, and I'm excited for the next chapters!

An amazing ending. Of course, I would have liked it better if the bad guys had been prosecuted for the right thing, but this is good. Definitely showing that things don't always work out. I like the end with Jim and the kin, that was cool. I can't wait for whatever you have in mind next, so keep up the good work!
