As always it is a treat to be tempted with Chapter 1. I enjoy the glimpses into the world that Pat creates because the characters are so well developed. It gives the reader an appreciation for why characters behave the way that they do. Pat’s other stories have dealt with the power of the press in interesting and unexpected ways. As the saying goes, “If you saw a man drowning and you could either save him or photograph the event... what kind of film would you use?” I hope Pat does not keep us waiting long to find out.

This is fun to read. (That feels odd to say given that the photographer is kind of creepy.) I'm curious where you go with it.

Ooh. This is SO original. People talk all the time about how Amanda and Sarek are the favorites of the tabloids, but this is the first story that I've seen from the POV of the 'razz.' This is wonderfully written; Teddy really has a clear voice, and I like how he becomes fond of Amanda. I especially liked the line about how he spends more time with her than Sarek does. She really does have a sort of magnetism in your stories.
I'm excited to see a heartless Teddy. Keep up the good work!

Nice new perspective. I'm excited to see what happens next. I especially like the slang and "insider language" you are using with this story. It really makes the world you've so carefully created just that much more real.

Loved this one. Consider my current absolute loathing of all things journalistic, I think I'm going to enjoy watching this lowlif...uh reporter go down. As always you tell one of the best stories out there.
